Add a New User

To add user/employee on Employees menu click on Add Employee which will open a form to fill all the employee details. After you enter all the details click the Save button. An employee can be assigned a pool cleaning tickets or tasks. They can access these assignments from our mobile app using the credentials entered during creation.

Add a New Route Assignment

To add route assignment on client menu click on add client which will open a form to fill all client details go to service details and click on add route which will open a form to fill all route details and save it.

Move a Route Assignment

To Re-Assign Route on Route menu click on Re-Assign Route which will redirect to Re-Assign Route page selecting all client or one by one then you click on Re-Assign route bulk Action which will open a form to fill select technician and date and click on assign to Re-Assign selected route to this selected user.

Create a Support Ticket

To create a support ticket click on the Support icon on the menu which will open the Submit ticket form to fill all required details of the issue and click on the Save button. This will create an issue Ticket for the Poolbelt support team.

Add Task

To Add a New Task on Task menu click on Add Task which will open a form for the details to fill all details of Task information and click on the Save button.

Manage Repair Task in Listing

To Manage Repair Task on Task menu click on client listing which will open a form for managing the repair task for a client. This will be used for updating the Task.

Add Recurring Task

Add recurring task go on task manu which is recurring task click and go to the add recurring page fill the information save it.

Archived Recurring Tasks

Archive recurring tack on tasks go to the task menu which is open pop click on Recurring Task and go to archive recurring page click on archive it

Delete Recurring Task

Delete Recurring task on task manu go go recurring task for listing . on listing action tab click on delete button and deleted the recurring task

Archive Task

Archive Task on Task Menu click on task menu which is open a pop up click on Archive Task and preform the action

Generate Invoices

Generates invoices for clients based on the services provided to clients in Poolbelt on a monthly or real-time basis for Pool cleaning, Incidentals and Repair tasks.

Send Invoices to Clients

Click Send Invoices from Bulk Action to send all the Invoices that are reviewed to clients. If there is a credit card on file for a client the payment would be captured else would receive link in email.

Add Client

To Add Client on Client menu click on Add Client which will open a form for showing a pool and client details to fill all client and service details and click on save button.

Add Route in Client

To add route assignment on client menu click on add client which will open a form to fill all client details go to service details and click on add route which will open a form to fill all route details and save it.

Add Prospect

To Add Prospect client on client menu click on Add Prospect client then open a form for the details of Add prospect Client. Fill all details and click on the save button then this information is showing on a list of prospective clients.

Add Sales Task for Prospect

To Add Sales Task on Tasks menu click on Sales then click on Add Sales Task which will open form for adding Sales Task. See all information and fill it and click on the save button then this information will show on Sales Task Listing.

Suspend Client

To Suspended Client on Client, menu click on Suspended client go to the Suspended Client page then click on existing suspended client which will open a form for client updating client information.

Add Sales Task

Add Sales Task on Tasks menu click sales to add Sales Task for employees

Open Sales Task

Open Sales task on Task manu click on Sales go to Open Sales task to see the open task

Archived Sales Task

Archived sales task on a Task menu click on Sales then go to archived Sales Task to archived

Cancel Sales Task

Cancel Sales Tasks for Task menu to click on Sales to go to Cancel Sales Task page, On this page perform the action for open and archive sales tasks

Closed Sales Task

Closed Sales Tasks for Task menu to click on Sales to go to Closed Sales Task page, On this page perform the action for archive sales tasks

Add Route Ticket

To Add Ticket on Routes menu click on Add Tickets which will open Submit ticket form to fill all required details of Tickets and click on Save button. This will create a Ticket for the route.

Archive Ticket(s)

To Archived Tickets on Route menu click on Archived Tickets which will redirect to Archived tickets listing then select one ticket or bulk selecting tickets and click on Unarchive tickets.

Service Map

To Service Map on Route menu click on Service Map which will redirect to Service Map for showing all clients on Map.

Route Console

To Route console on Route menu click on Route console which will go to Route Console for managing the route direction.

Preview e-Ticket for closed Ticket

To Closed Tickets on route menu click on Closed Tickets open closed tickets listing page select multiple or single ticket and do Archive Selected Tickets or send on Email.

Add Task

To Add a New Task on Task menu click on Add Task which will open a form for the details to fill all details of Task information and click on the Save button.

Edit Repair task

To Open Task on Task menu click on Open Task redirect to Open Task selected bulk Tickets data to do action cancel and archive Repair.

Delete Repair task

To Archived Task on Task menu click on Archived Task redirect to Archived Task selected bulk Tickets data to do action Delete and Unarchive Repair.

Cancel Repair task

Route Ticket Types

To Master on Setting menu click on Master to show to Route ticket type click on Route ticket type will show the types of route Tickets.

Add Employee

To Manage Employees from listing on Employees menu click on View Employees then go to Employees listing then click on particular employees listing which will open a form for managing the existing employees.
